Absolutely! All products are handmade and can be customized in terms of design, color, or texture. Because each item is crafted individually, slight variations may occur, which adds to the uniqueness of your piece.

Visit our Shop page to select your product, choose customization details, and add it to your cart. Since all items are handmade, production begins once your order is placed.

As every item is custom‑made, production times may vary depending on complexity and demand. We aim to keep customers informed during order processing.

If your order hasn’t yet entered production, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us promptly via email or phone to check. Personalized items may not be refundable once work has begun.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. If something arrives wrong, send us photos and details—we’ll make it right.
